How do your inflatable rentals work?
We come and do all the labor for setting-up and taking down. You sign a contract saying you will be the responsible adult or we stay and supervise for a additional personnel cost. It’s that easy.
How long do I get my rental for?
We have two rates. Full-day or 4-hour. After you book your rental, we will contact you to determine the best drop-off and pick-up times. We typically drop off early and pick-up in the evening.
Can keep the rentals over night?
No. We are not currently able to offer overnight rentals.
What surfaces can the inflatables be placed on?
We can place the inflatables indoors or outdoors. We can place on concrete, grass, dirt or sand. Large rough gravel or road base can damage the inflatables, so we do not typially place on these surfaces. Call if you have a question about placement.
How large of a flat area do we need for an inflatable?
Dimensions are included with each inflatable on the rental pages of our website. Most rentals are 15′ high. Make sure low hanging branches are outside the required inflatable space prior to our arrival. If you have a question about whether or not the inflatable you want will fit in your area please call.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are run through PayPal. A 3% swipe fee is added to all rentals booked online.
What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48-hours notice to cancel a reserved rental. Cancel at least 2-days prior to your rental date to receive a full refund.

How far are you willing to deliver?
We would love to say anywhere but we have our limits. In general, we cover most of Whatcom County. Call if you are outside the general Blaine, Ferndale, Bellingham, Lynden area.
Can we pick-up and drop-off rentals?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer the option for you to pick-up and set-up your own rental equipment at this time.
Do I need to contact you after I book my rental online?
No. We will contact you either via phone or email to confirm your rental and schedule drop-off and pick-up times.
